Chris DiRie is an attorney, business strategist and veteran entrepreneur dedicated to building ventures that create lasting impact. After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, Chris developed deep expertise in aerospace, compliance, and contract management, working with industry leaders such as Collins Aerospace, Crane Aerospace & Electronics, Pratt & Whitney, and Rolls-Royce. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, Chris brings a unique blend of legal, operational, and strategic insight to every engagement.
Chris’s leadership is defined by integrity, innovation, and a commitment to building generational wealth and uplifting communities. He and his wife, Taryn DiRie, met while serving in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom, and together they bring a spirit of service and resilience to every Dynasty venture.

Taryn DiRie is a seasoned Human Resources and Organizational Development leader with a proven track record of architecting purpose-driven cultures, developing high-performing teams and designing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. With more than two decades of experience across human resources, talent development, and organizational transformation, she has partnered with both private equity and publicly traded companies to align people, strategy and performance. Throughout her career – including leadership roles at Best Buy and GreatCall – Taryn has been recognized for creating inclusive, high-energy environments where employees feel valued, inspired, and equipped to contribute their best. Her approach blends empathy with operational rigor, ensuring that culture, leadership development and employee wellness are woven into the DNA of every organization she supports.
